We didn’t think commercial warehouses at such a great price existed in Sydney until we came across Riverstone Business Park. We are now getting more space for less cost! Mike and his team have been absolutely fantastic from initial contact, to setting the warehouse up to meet our needs, through to the continuous support they offer our business. You’d be under the impression that facilities/service would be compromised given the price, but this is the best we have had!
We have a warehouse space we rent in The Riverstone Business Park. We moved to this location to save money that was being spent in another area. The growth in Riverstone was very appealing and I think it is only going to keep growing in this area. The customer service offered by Mike and his team have been superb. They are approachable and listen to the needs of the tenant as well as the Landlord. They will come up with customised solutions for you as a tenant and have been very flexible with our varying needs. Moving to the Riverstone Business Park was the best decision we made for our company. No looking back. Excellent café on the premises too.
Our company was looking to expand in a region that had good growth potential, being located in Girraween then Seven hills many years, we located in what was becoming expensive an unmanageable and skyrocketing squared metered rental rates, consuming a decent amount of profit from our business. So we looked to the Northwest region, knowing this would provide the growth potential area we were looking for. While considering our options to either purchase or rent, we made contact with Riverstone Business Park to inquire about their availability of yard pace to lease and amenities they had to offer. After meeting with Mike Shervington and the Business park administrative team, we were sold. The available areas to lease where ranging in size to accommodate our needs and future expansion, Mike created options for us to have a powered site, fitted with containers and container shelters, and was more than accommodating to assist with any of our requirements. There is no doubt that moving to Riverstone Business Park has been a fantastic decision for our company allowing us grow and develop our business for the years ahead.

We at Pickles find the Management team really easy to deal with. Our business involves moving around a lot of cars and we are being assisted greatly by the Management Team.
