Scale: We currently lease to major automotive logistics operators. The 15,000sqm plot (pictured) can accommodate approximately 500-700 vehicles (depending on layout), allowing you to centralize your stock rather than scattering it across multiple small yards.

Car Carrier Access: Our internal roads and gates are designed for 19m Car Carriers (7-8 car haulers). Your transport drivers can enter, unload, and exit in a forward motion without the “tight squeeze” risks found in smaller industrial parks.

Do you offer private storage for single cars, boats, or caravans?

No. Riverstone Business Park is a dedicated commercial logistics hub. We lease secure hardstand yards to businesses for fleet overflow, dealership stock, and auction holding. We do not provide “self-storage” for private individuals or single vehicles.

Is the facility accessible for 19m Car Carriers and B-Doubles?

Yes. This is a primary feature of our site. Unlike standard storage centers, our internal roads and gates are engineered for heavy vehicle logistics. 7-car haulers and B-Double transporters can enter, unload, and exit in a forward motion without blocking public roads or performing difficult reversing maneuvers.

What is the minimum storage capacity or lease area?

We cater to volume operations. Our available yards generally start from 1,500sqm, which accommodates approximately 80–100 vehicles (depending on your parking layout and fire egress requirements). We currently host fleets ranging from 50 to 2,000+ vehicles.

We have a warehouse space we rent in The Riverstone Business Park. We moved to this location to save money that was being spent in another area. The growth in Riverstone was very appealing and I think it is only going to keep growing in this area. The customer service offered by Mike and his team have been superb. Our company was looking to expand in a region that had good growth potential, being located in Girraween then Seven hills many years, we located in what was becoming expensive an unmanageable and skyrocketing squared metered rental rates, consuming a decent amount of profit from our business.
