its been about 2 years I have rented a space for my company and dealing with Wendy and guys on site has been so far smooth. I started with about 400m2 but now I have over 700m2 area and i wouldn’t have been able to do as such thing else where. if you are looking for a reasonably priced warehouse and storage i recommend contacting them.

We have a warehouse space we rent in The Riverstone Business Park. We moved to this location to save money that was being spent in another area. The growth in Riverstone was very appealing and I think it is only going to keep growing in this area. The customer service offered by Mike and his team have been superb. They are approachable and listen to the needs of the tenant as well as the Landlord. They will come up with customised solutions for you as a tenant and have been very flexible with our varying needs. Moving to the Riverstone Business Park was the best decision we made for our company. No looking back. Excellent café on the premises too.

Our company was looking to expand in a region that had good growth potential, being located in Girraween then Seven hills many years, we located in what was becoming expensive an unmanageable and skyrocketing squared metered rental rates, consuming a decent amount of profit from our business.
